Responsibilities:

As the Chief Supervisor (HTSM) at LD Railway & Planning, you will be responsible for:

Planning and managing safety and vehicle movements on closed tracks during D-Safety.

Ensuring high quality in the work performed.

Following safety regulations, laws, routines, and guidelines.

Managing and correcting deviations that arise within your area of responsibility.

Planning and applying for track times according to current routines.

Qualifications:

Is meticulous, attentive, and always prioritizes safety.

Has good collaboration and communication skills.

Can plan, execute, and follow up on work based on given goals.

Is comfortable with independent work and can manage remote work, as our employees are spread across several locations in the country.

Personal suitability will be an important factor in the selection.

Furthermore, we see that you:

Are flexible as weekend and night work may occur.

Have the ability to work in other locations if required by the business.

Master Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Previous experience as HTSM or Train Coordinator

Experience with the Swedish Transport Administration's systems

Work location: Home (remote work)

Approved selection test for HTSM is a requirement for employment, as well as a passed medical examination according to TSFS 2019:113
